## What it is
- A free supplier console for structured RFQs, plus a paid, quote-first back office for independent technical distributors: intake from e-mail, PDF, spreadsheet, chat and paste; grounded extraction; catalog matching (rules first, then re-rank); sourcing of off-catalog lines from the distributor's suppliers; human-approved quotes, orders and invoices; QuickBooks-first.
- A buyer app (Bizily for buyers) that turns a lab's list into structured RFQs to the buyer's own suppliers, compares quotes and tracks orders, documents and inventory. It never buys.
- A manufacturer door: list a catalog once with vendor-authoritative provenance; reach distributors and buyers.

## What it is not
- Not a marketplace. The platform is never merchant of record and never sells; distributors handle import, warranties, disputes and regulatory registrations. Tenant prices are private.
- Not a lead-router. RFQs are buyer-directed: a buyer's list goes only to the suppliers the buyer names. RFQs a distributor receives from its own customers are visible to that distributor alone. A line is offered to other suppliers only when the buyer explicitly asks to source a line their suppliers cannot fill, and only to suppliers listing that category. Distributors can bring their own buyers into their own instance.

## Status
- Open now: the manufacturer catalog door. Send a brochure, price list, spreadsheet or feed; we normalise it into canonical records with your provenance and return it for confirmation. Free.
- Not open yet: distributor and buyer pilots, and sign-ups to the free supplier console. These open in 2026; the site's form joins a list.
- Running today with one distributor: ManaEsse X (Thailand), the reference customer and a related party (shared ownership with Agentica LLC), powered by Bizily.
- Pre-launch. No SOC 2 report, no published benchmark numbers.
