Your First Booking

Learn how to create, manage, and complete your first booking. We'll walk through the entire booking workflow.

Creating a Booking

There are multiple ways to create a booking in Bizily.

Option 1: From the Calendar

  1. 1. Go to your Calendar in the dashboard
  2. 2. Click on an empty time slot or use the "+ New Booking" button
  3. 3. Select the customer (or create a new one)
  4. 4. Choose the service and any options
  5. 5. Confirm the booking

Option 2: Let customers book via chat

  1. 1. Connect your messaging channels (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
  2. 2. Your AI assistant will handle booking requests automatically
  3. 3. Review and approve bookings in the Agent Hub

Option 3: Share your booking link

  1. 1. Copy your public booking page URL from Settings
  2. 2. Share it with customers via email, social media, or your website
  3. 3. Customers can self-book available slots

Managing Bookings

View, edit, and update bookings from your calendar.

View booking details

Click on any booking in your calendar to see the full details, including customer information, service, and notes.

Reschedule a booking

Drag and drop bookings to new time slots, or click to open the booking and select a new date/time.

Cancel a booking

Open the booking details and click 'Cancel'. You can optionally send a cancellation message to the customer.

Mark as complete

After the appointment is finished, mark it as complete. This helps track your booking history and analytics.

Automatic Reminders

Bizily automatically sends reminders to reduce no-shows.

Default reminder schedule:

  • 24 hours before the appointment
  • 1 hour before the appointment

You can customize reminder timing and messages in Settings → Notifications.
