Setup Your Business
Configure your business profile, timezone, operating hours, and branding to get your booking system ready for customers.
Business Profile
Start by setting up your basic business information.
Go to Settings
Click on Settings in your dashboard sidebar, or access it from the gear icon in the top navigation.
Update business details
Enter your business name, description, and contact information. This information will be visible to customers when they book.
Add your logo
Upload your business logo for branding. We recommend a square image at least 256x256 pixels.
Timezone Settings
Ensure your calendar displays times correctly for you and your customers.
Select your timezone
Choose the timezone where your business operates. All booking times will be displayed in this timezone.
Consider your customers
If you serve customers in different timezones, they'll see available times converted to their local timezone when booking.
Tip: Your timezone affects when reminders are sent and how availability is displayed. Make sure to set it correctly before accepting bookings.
Business Hours
Define when you're available to accept bookings.
Set weekly hours
Configure your regular operating hours for each day of the week. Click on a day to add or remove time slots.
Add breaks
If you take regular breaks (like lunch), add them to prevent bookings during those times.
Block special dates
Mark holidays or days off when you won't be accepting appointments.
Tip: You can always adjust availability for specific dates later using the calendar view.
Branding & Appearance
Customize how your booking page looks to customers.
Choose your accent color
Select a primary color that matches your brand. This will be used throughout your booking page.
Preview your booking page
Use the preview feature to see how your booking page will look to customers before going live.
