What it does
Buying for a lab is not shopping. The same consumables come back every month, the instrument you need is quoted rather than priced, and half the work is chasing three suppliers for answers that arrive in three different shapes. The buyer app does the chasing and the comparing, and leaves the choosing to you.

- Type it, paste it, attach the spreadsheet you already keep, or forward the e-mail your team sent you.
- Ask your suppliers
- One message becomes structured RFQs to the suppliers you name, with quantities, pack sizes and part numbers spelled out.
- Compare
- Price, lead time, pack size and expiry side by side, with the differences that matter for a lab called out.
- Track
- Orders and deliveries, with COA by lot, calibration certificate by serial and SDS tied to what you bought.
- Reorder
- Lot, expiry, receipt and opened dates; low stock becomes the next request in one tap. Design partners first.
Why it is not a marketplace
A marketplace wants your order to go through it. This does not: the platform is never merchant of record, takes no cut, and never routes your request to a supplier you did not name. Your distributor keeps the relationship, the invoice and the warranty, and you keep a record of what was asked and answered.
Requests are drafted by agents and approved by people: nothing is sent without you, and every model call is ledgered.
Who it is for
Quality-control labs in food, beverage and pharmaceutical manufacturing; hospital and clinical laboratories; university and research groups; cleanroom and environmental teams. Getting started
Pilots are sales-assisted. Bring one month of requests and the suppliers you use; we set up the workspace, route your first list, and you keep using it only if the quotes come back faster than they do today.
Questions
- Does it buy anything for me?
- No. It drafts requests, chases replies and compares offers. You choose the supplier and place the order the way you do today; the transaction stays between you and that distributor.
- Which suppliers does my request go to?
- Only the ones you name. Your list goes to the suppliers already on your list, on the network or by e-mail. Nothing is broadcast. If a line cannot be filled, you can ask us to find a supplier for that line, and you approve each candidate before anything is sent.
- Do my suppliers need to use the platform?
- No. Suppliers on the network receive the request in their console. Suppliers who are not receive a plain, structured e-mail, and their reply is read back into the comparison automatically.
- What does it cost a buyer?
- The buyer app is free during the pilot. We make money from the seller-side back office, not from your purchases, and we take no cut of what you buy.
- What about documents auditors ask for?
- Orders, deliveries, certificates of analysis by lot, calibration certificates by serial and safety data sheets are kept with the item you bought, so the document is where the purchase is.
