Built out of a working distributor
Bizily is operated by Agentica LLC, a Delaware company. The software began inside ManaEsse X, a Thai distributor of laboratory and medical supplies, and is now a procurement network for the distributors, buyers and manufacturers of technical supplies.
Why it exists
Technical supply is a quote business. A customer sends a list, someone retypes it, checks what is in stock, chases suppliers for the rest and rebuilds a quotation. The work is real, the margins are thin, and the software written for e-commerce assumes a shelf with prices on it, which this trade does not have.
We built the first version for one distributor because we could watch it fail in daylight: real requests, real customers, real consequences for a wrong part number. What generalised was not the catalog but the pipeline — intake, grounded extraction, rules-first matching, sourcing, a person approving each write.
What we believe
- Agents propose, people approve
- No model sends, prices or writes a business record. Every write is a proposal a person accepts, corrects or rejects.
- Grounded or dropped
- A field with no evidence in the source is dropped and counted, not guessed. The count is visible.
- The seller keeps the customer
- Requests go where the buyer directs them. A distributor's own requests are never used to route work elsewhere.
- Never merchant of record
- We do not sell, hold stock or take a percentage of an order. Software and network, nothing else.
- Auditable by default
- Every model call is on the ledger with prompt hash, model, tokens, cost, confidence and injection flags.
The company
Agentica LLC is the operator and the counterparty on every agreement. ManaEsse X is a separate Thai company and the first tenant; intellectual property, licensing and cost-sharing between them are documented as related-party arrangements. Where a page mentions results, it says whose they are.
We are small and say so. Pilots are limited on purpose: a distributor’s quoting process is not a place to learn in public.

- Agentica LLC, registered in Delaware, United States. ManaEsse X, a Thai distributor, is the reference customer and the first tenant; the two are related parties and the arrangement is documented.
- How far along is it?
- The seller-side back office runs in production for the reference customer. The buyer app and the manufacturer door are in private pilot. We are pre-launch and sales-assisted by choice: every pilot is set up by a person.
- Where do you operate?
- North America and Southeast Asia first. The software is not region-locked, but pilots are limited to places we can support properly.
- Why should a distributor believe a vendor that owns a distributor?
- Because the rules are enforced in the database rather than in a promise: tenant data never crosses tenants, ManaEsse's tenant has no special case anywhere in the code, and requests are routed only where the buyer directs them.
