I built Bizily because I lived the problem. After 7+ years in tech at Citi, Chase, and startups, I started Mana Esse—a spa in Bangkok.

The chaos hit immediately. I was juggling LINE, Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, and Meta Business Suite—each platform with its own quirks for setting up template messages. The auto-replies felt robotic, but people kept asking the same questions over and over: "What are your prices?" "Do you have availability Saturday?" "Where are you located?"

We tried different online calendars and booking systems. Customers just refused to use them. Messaging was direct and convenient—they didn't want to learn another app or create another account. So I was stuck being the middleman.

Meanwhile, I was managing the booking calendar, tracking finances in Google Sheets, and calculating commissions for staff who each had different rates on different services. Finding reliable staff was hard enough; keeping track of everything was impossible.

Then we opened a second location. Double the finances to track. Different prices at each store. Staff floating between locations. Services that existed at one place but not the other. I was drowning in spreadsheets and message threads.

Every booking tool I tried felt like it was built by people who'd never run a service business. So I built my own. Bizily started as an internal tool to automate my spa's operations. Now it's the AI operating system I wish I'd had from day one.
