ManaEsse X supplies Thai laboratories: hospitals, pharmaceutical, supplement and cosmetics manufacturers, food and feed producers, universities and national research institutes. Multi-brand and quote-first — no shelf prices, a quotation per request — with the documents this trade runs on: certificates of analysis by lot, calibration certificates by serial, safety data sheets. It is a registered supplier in the Thai government e-GP system and VAT-registered, with a full tax invoice on every order.

Why it matters to a pilot
Most procurement software is designed in a meeting. This was designed against a live quoting desk, where a wrong pack size is a returned delivery and an invented part number is a lost customer. That is where the hard rules came from: fields without evidence in the source are dropped rather than guessed, rules match before models, and no proposal becomes a document until a person approves it.
It is also why the network rules are strict. ManaEsse is a distributor itself, so every question a new distributor asks — will my customers be visible, will my prices leak, will you sell around me — had to be answered before the first outside tenant, not after.
What we do not claim
No percentage improvements, no case-study arithmetic. One tenant is one tenant, and the honest statement is that the pipeline runs in production for a real distributor with real customers. Ask them yourself at the pilot call.

- Is ManaEsse a customer or a related party?
- Both, and we say so on every page that mentions it. ManaEsse X is a separate Thai company that shares ownership with Agentica LLC; it is the first tenant and the place the software was proven. Licensing and cost-sharing are documented as related-party arrangements.
- Does ManaEsse see other tenants' data?
- No. Its tenant has no special case anywhere in the code: the same row-level security, the same routing rules, the same ledger. It is tenant zero, not an administrator of the network.
- What does ManaEsse actually run on the platform?
- The public catalog and search, quote intake from e-mail, PDF, spreadsheet and chat, catalog matching, sourcing of off-catalog lines, and the quote and order back office.
- Can I talk to them?
