What do you need from us?

Whatever you already send buyers: a brochure, a price list, a spreadsheet or a feed. We extract brand, part number, description, pack size and specifications from it and send the result back for you to confirm. There is a template if you prefer one, but you do not have to fill it in.

Listing is free during the pilot. Curation is a service: if your data needs work, our operations team does it and we tell you the cost before we start.

Who owns the records?

Your listing carries your provenance and can be updated or withdrawn by feed at any time. Distributor prices, offers and customers are theirs and are never shown to you or to another distributor.

Will my records be guessed at?

No. Ambiguous rows are queued for a person rather than filled in by a model. Only reviewed records with valid provenance are shared.

What it does

Manufacturers reach new markets through distributors, and distributors work from data. Most catalogs arrive as a spreadsheet with inconsistent pack sizes and specifications spread across three columns, which is why they sit unused. We normalise the data once, keep your provenance attached, and make it usable by the people who actually place orders.

Send: A brochure or a price list is enough. Nothing to fill in: we read what you have and map it to a canonical schema.
Normalise: Brand, part number, pack size and specifications become one canonical record per product; certificates and datasheets travel with it.
Review: Records are human-reviewed before they are shared. Ambiguous rows are queued for a person, never guessed.
Reach: Distributors on the network see the records when they search, quote and source — today ManaEsse X in Thailand, more as pilots open. There is no direct selling through the platform.

Why distributors trust it

A record only helps if the person quoting believes it. That is why provenance is explicit: vendor-authoritative records are marked as yours, sourced from your feed, with a date. Distributor-contributed and crawled data are marked differently and rank below yours. Nothing is published from a crawl of your site without authorisation.
