Availability
Control when customers can book by setting business hours, blocking time off, and configuring booking rules.
Business Hours
Your business hours define when customers can book appointments. Set different hours for each day of the week.
Go to Settings → Business Hours
Find the Business Hours section in your settings.
Set hours for each day
Click on a day to add or edit time slots. You can have multiple slots per day (e.g., morning and afternoon).
Add breaks
Create gaps between time slots for lunch or other breaks. Customers won't be able to book during breaks.
Mark days as closed
Toggle days off completely if you don't operate on certain days.
Blocking Time Off
Block specific dates or times when you're unavailable.
Single-day block
Click on a date in your calendar and select "Block day" to prevent all bookings for that day.
Date range block
For vacations or extended closures, create a block spanning multiple days.
Time slot block
Block specific hours on a day while keeping other times available. Useful for appointments or personal time.
Booking Rules
Configure rules that control how and when customers can book.
Minimum notice
Require customers to book a certain amount of time in advance.
Example: 2 hours notice required
Maximum advance booking
Limit how far in the future customers can book.
Example: Can book up to 30 days ahead
Buffer time
Add automatic gaps between appointments for preparation or travel.
Example: 15 minutes between bookings
Slot duration
Control the increment of available time slots.
Example: 30-minute slots
Team Member Availability
If you have team members, each can have their own availability schedule. This is managed in the Team section.
- • Each team member can set their own working hours
- • Team members can block their own time off
- • Customers see combined availability when booking
- • Services can be assigned to specific team members
Tips
- • Set buffer time if you need breaks between appointments
- • Use minimum notice to avoid last-minute bookings
- • Block recurring events (like weekly meetings) to prevent conflicts
- • Review your availability regularly to keep it up to date
