Customer Tags

Tags are labels you apply to customers for organization and filtering. Unlike segments, tags are manually assigned and don't change automatically.

Tags vs. Segments

Tags

  • • Manually assigned
  • • Static - don't change automatically
  • • Great for one-off categorization
  • • Examples: "VIP", "Staff friend", "Influencer"

Segments

  • • Rule-based, automatic
  • • Dynamic - update as behavior changes
  • • Great for behavioral grouping
  • • Examples: "New customers", "At risk"

Creating Tags

1

Go to Customers

Navigate to the Customers section in your dashboard.

2

Click 'Manage Tags'

Find the tag management option in the toolbar.

3

Create a new tag

Enter a name and optionally choose a color for the tag.

Applying Tags

There are several ways to apply tags to customers:

From customer profile

Open a customer's profile and click "Add tag" to apply tags individually.

Bulk tagging

Select multiple customers in the list view and apply tags to all of them at once.

During booking

Add tags when creating a booking for a customer.

AI-suggested
