Managing Members

View Active Members

See all members, their plan, join date, and usage in the Memberships section. Filter by plan or search by customer name.

Handle Cancellations

Members can cancel anytime from their account. You can also cancel on their behalf. Set whether perks remain active until the billing period ends.

Failed Payments

Stripe automatically retries failed payments. After multiple failures, the membership is paused and the customer is notified to update their payment method.

Pro Tips

  • Start with one tier: Begin with a single membership plan. Add additional tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum) once you understand demand.
  • Price for value: Ensure the monthly price is less than what members would pay for the included perks to make it compelling.
  • Promote exclusivity: Use terms like "VIP" or "Inner Circle" and highlight member-only perks to create desire.
