Creating a Membership Plan

Go to Marketing → Memberships
Click "Create Plan" to start a new membership tier

Configure pricing
Set the monthly or annual price. Annual plans often include a discount

Add perks
Select which benefits members receive: discounts, included services, credits, etc.

Set enrollment options
Choose if the plan is open to all or invite-only. Set signup fee if desired
Managing Members
View Active Members
See all members, their plan, join date, and usage in the Memberships section. Filter by plan or search by customer name.
Handle Cancellations
Members can cancel anytime from their account. You can also cancel on their behalf. Set whether perks remain active until the billing period ends.
Failed Payments
Stripe automatically retries failed payments. After multiple failures, the membership is paused and the customer is notified to update their payment method.

- Start with one tier: Begin with a single membership plan. Add additional tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum) once you understand demand.
- Price for value: Ensure the monthly price is less than what members would pay for the included perks to make it compelling.
- Promote exclusivity: Use terms like "VIP" or "Inner Circle" and highlight member-only perks to create desire.
