Promo Codes

Create discount codes to attract new customers, reward loyalty, or fill slow periods. Set flexible rules to control when and how discounts apply.

Discount Types

Percentage Off

Discount a percentage of the total. Works well for any order size.

Example: "WELCOME20" for 20% off first booking

Fixed Amount

Take a specific dollar amount off. Great for minimum spend promotions.

Example: "SAVE25" for $25 off orders over $100

Available Rules

Valid Dates

Set start and end dates for the promotion. Run limited-time offers or schedule future campaigns in advance.

Usage Limits

Limit total uses (e.g., first 50 customers) or uses per customer (e.g., once per person). Prevent abuse while creating urgency.

Service Restrictions

Apply the discount to all services or only specific ones. Exclude high-margin or already-discounted services.

Minimum Spend

Require a minimum order value before the discount applies. Encourages larger purchases.

Tracking Performance

View promo code analytics to measure campaign effectiveness:

  • Total uses and unique customers
  • Total discount given
  • Revenue generated from promo bookings
  • Most popular services booked with the code

Pro Tips

  • Use unique codes per channel: Create separate codes for email, social, and influencers to track which channels perform best.
  • Create urgency: Limited-time codes with visible countdowns drive faster decisions. "Expires Friday" outperforms "Available anytime."
  • Protect margins: Use minimum spend requirements so discounts don't eat into profit on small orders.
