Service Packages

Bundle multiple services together at a discounted price. Packages increase average order value and encourage customers to try additional services.

How Packages Work

Create a Package

Select which services to include and set a package price lower than the individual services combined.

Customer Purchases

Packages appear on your booking page. Customers can purchase them upfront or book individual sessions as credits.

Redeem Services

Package credits are automatically applied at checkout. Track remaining credits in the customer profile.

Package Types

Service Bundle

Combine multiple different services into one package. Great for introducing customers to your full offering.

Example: "Spa Day Package" with massage, facial, and manicure

Session Pack

Multiple sessions of the same service at a discount. Perfect for treatments that require regular appointments.

Example: "5 Personal Training Sessions" for the price of 4

Creating a Package

    Go to Marketing → Packages

    Click "Create Package" to get started

    Name your package

    Give it a compelling name and description

  3. 3

    Select included services

    Choose which services and how many of each are included

  4. 4

    Set the package price

    The savings compared to individual services will be shown automatically

    Configure validity (optional)

    Set how long customers have to use all credits

Pro Tips

  • Show the savings: Clearly display how much customers save compared to booking services individually.
  • Create themed bundles: "Bridal Package," "New Client Intro," or "Seasonal Refresh" packages are easy to promote.
  • Set reasonable validity: Give customers enough time to use credits but create urgency. 6-12 months is common.
