Review Request Campaigns
Build your online reputation by asking satisfied customers for reviews at the perfect moment—a few days after their visit.
Smart Satisfaction Detection
AI only asks for reviews from customers who had positive experiences—based on their conversation sentiment, tips, rebooking behavior, and interaction history. No awkward asks after a bad experience.
How Review Requests Work
Visit Completion
Customer completes their appointment successfully.
Satisfaction Check
AI evaluates signals: no complaints, rebooked, positive sentiment in follow-up.
Timing Delay
Wait 2-5 days so the customer has experienced the results (e.g., how their hair held up).
Personalized Ask
AI sends a message referencing their specific service with a direct review link.
Example Messages
3 days after haircut, customer rebooked at checkout
“Hi Sarah! Hope you're loving your new cut. If you have a moment, we'd really appreciate a Google review—it helps others find us! [Review Link]”
5 days after color service, first-time client
“Hi Emma, thanks again for trusting us with your balayage! If you're happy with how it's holding up, a quick review would mean the world to us. [Review Link]”
After facial, regular client with positive history
“Hi Alex! Always great to see you. If you have a sec, would you mind leaving us a review? It really helps small businesses like ours. [Review Link]”

Pro Tip
The best time to ask is 3-5 days after the appointment—long enough to see results, short enough that the experience is fresh. For color services, wait 5 days; for cuts, 3 days.
