A supplier console for structured RFQs
The supplier console is a free workspace where a distributor receives requests for quotation as structured lines rather than prose, answers them in minutes, and keeps every price and customer private to its own tenant.
Distributor and buyer pilots open in 2026. We are running with our first distributor, ManaEsse X in Thailand; joining the list is how you hear when we open.
What arrives
A request in the console is not an e-mail to interpret. It is a set of lines: quantity, unit, pack size, part number where the buyer knows it, and free text where they do not, with the buyer, the site and the due date attached. You answer per line, in your own prices, and the buyer sees your quote beside the others they asked.
- Structured lines
- Quantities, units, pack sizes and part numbers, with the buyer's own wording kept as evidence.
- Answer in minutes
- Price the lines you can fill, decline the ones you cannot, add lead time and pack notes.
- Your terms
- Your prices, your minimum order quantities, your delivery terms. Nothing is normalised away.
- No obligation
- Ignore a request and nothing happens. There is no ranking, no penalty, no fee.
Why we give it away
The network only works if a buyer’s own suppliers can answer without changing how they work. Charging for that would make the network smaller and the buyer worse off, so the console is free and always will be for receiving and answering. The back office — intake from your own e-mail, sourcing off-catalog lines, quotes, orders, invoices and QuickBooks — is what we sell.
Getting started
Tell us your categories and the address RFQs should reach. We set up the console, route a test request, and you decide whether to keep it. North America and Southeast Asia first.
Questions
- Is it really free?
- Yes, and it will stay free. It is not open to sign-ups yet: the console runs today for our first distributor and opens more widely in 2026. The paid back office adds intake from your own channels, sourcing, quotes, orders and invoices, from 149 US dollars per month plus AI usage.
- Where do these requests come from?
- From buyers who named you as one of their suppliers. Nothing is broadcast: a request reaches you because a buyer chose you, or because a buyer opened one line to sourcing and approved you as a candidate in a category you list.
- Can other distributors see my answers?
- No. A quote you send is visible to the buyer who asked and to you. Prices, costs and customers never cross tenants, and are never used to train anything without consent.
- What do I need to set up?
- An account, the categories you sell, and a contact for RFQs. There is no catalog upload required to start; you can answer with your own part numbers and prices.
- Who invoices the buyer?
- You do. The platform is never merchant of record, so the purchase order, invoice, delivery, warranty and any dispute stay with you exactly as they do today.
