Trademark Usage Guidelines
Proper Usage
- Always use "Bizily" as a proper noun (capitalize the B)
- Include the ™ symbol on first or most prominent use
- Do not alter, modify, or abbreviate the trademark
- Do not use BIZILY as a verb (e.g., "Bizilying" is incorrect)
- Do not incorporate BIZILY into your own product or company names
Permissions Required
You must obtain written permission from Agentica, LLC before:
- Using the BIZILY trademark in advertising or promotional materials
- Including the trademark in your product, service, or company name
- Using the BIZILY logo or any confusingly similar marks
- Creating derivative works that incorporate our trademarks
Fair Use
You may use the BIZILY trademark without permission for purely editorial or descriptive purposes, such as referring to Bizily in news articles, reviews, or academic papers. In such cases, please use the trademark as an adjective (e.g., "Bizily software") rather than as a noun.
