Multi-Channel Strategy
Why Connect Multiple Channels?
- Meet customers where they are: Some prefer Instagram, others WhatsApp or Messenger.
- Unified context: AI remembers conversations across your connected chat channels.
- Centralized workflow: Keep customer conversations in one place.
- Better response rates: Reach customers on their preferred channel.
Pro Tip
Start with Instagram and Messenger—they cover most customers. Add WhatsApp for international reach and LINE if you serve Asia-Pacific markets.
