Best Practices

Use first names for personalization

Keep SMS messages short

Aim for 1-2 segments to reduce costs and improve deliverability.

Always include key info in reminders

Date, time, and service name are essential for reducing confusion.

End with your business name

Sign off with {{business_name}} so customers know who the message is from.

Include action links when relevant

Use {{reschedule_link}} in reminders so customers can easily make changes.
