They are built for distributors with a warehouse operation and a full-time systems person. If you run on QuickBooks, spreadsheets and e-mail, the gap you feel is quoting speed, not general ledger features, and that is what we fix first.

What syncs

Customers: Matched to the customer on the request, so a quote lands on the right account instead of a new duplicate.
Items and prices: Your item list is the source; the catalog layer maps requests to your items and leaves prices to you.
Quotes and orders: Drafted in the back office, approved by a person, written back as estimates and sales orders.
Invoices and tax: Invoices follow the approved order with the tax codes you already keep. Payments stay in QuickBooks.

Why quote-first matters

Technical supply is a quote business. Half the lines are configured, packed or lead-time sensitive, prices are negotiated per customer, and nothing is published on a shelf. Software written for e-commerce assumes the opposite and makes you fight it. The back office starts from the request, keeps the quote as the primary document, and only then touches your books.
